Job Overview :
Programmatic Traders are executional experts responsible for the setup, optimization, and performance management of programmatic advertiser campaigns. They ensure that campaigns deliver against client KPIs by continuously adjusting bidding strategies, optimizing budgets, refining targeting, and troubleshooting technical issues. By leveraging data-driven insights, automation tools, and deep platform expertise, the team maximizes the efficiency and effectiveness of media investments.
Key Responsibilities :
- Campaign Setup & Execution : Own the end-to-end technical setup, pacing, and launch of programmatic campaigns. Work closely with Account Managers to ensure campaigns align with strategic objectives and client goals.
- Real-Time Optimization & Performance Management : Actively monitor campaign performance and make real-time adjustments to bids, budgets, audience segmentation, creative rotation, and DSP settings to maximize outcomes. Implement data-driven optimizations to improve campaign efficiency and increase the value of media investment.
- Reporting, Analytics & Insights : Develop and execute advanced bidding strategies to ensure cost efficiency and scale while maintaining performance benchmarks. Optimize budget allocation across channels, audiences, and creative variations based on insights.
- Technical Troubleshooting & Platform Support : Identify and resolve technical issues related to ad serving, data discrepancies, pixel implementation, and delivery errors. Ensure seamless operations by proactively addressing campaign setup or platform challenges.
