BY ESP JD :

• Lead end-to-end ESP implementations : blueprinting, design, build, testing, deployment, and post-go-live support
• Translate business requirements into functional ESP configurations.
• Conduct requirement-gathering workshops, user training, and stakeholder engagement
• Collaborate with supply chain, IT, and business teams to ensure alignment.
• Customize ESP modules for capacity planning, material planning, and inventory optimization
• Perform data migration, validation, and cleansing

Support system upgrades, enhancements, and troubleshooting.

Drive innovation by integrating new Blue Yonder features and best practices.

Skills & Qualifications

Experience : 8–10+ years in supply chain planning; 2–3 full-cycle ESP implementations.

Tools : Blue Yonder ESP, Demand Planning, Sequencing, Order Optimization, Inventory Optimization.

Technical : SQL, data mapping, solver engines (MAP, LPOpt), performance tuning.

Methodologies : Agile, Waterfall, hybrid project delivery.
