Description :

As a software tester, you'll be involved in the quality assurance stage of software development and deployment. An automation tester is a professional responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining automated testing solutions to ensure the quality and reliability of software applications. Their primary goal is to streamline the testing process by automating repetitive and time-consuming manual testing tasks.

Responsibilities :

  • Creating Automated tests covering given test scenarios.
  • Work together with Product Managers, Product experts and other stakeholders, identifying Test Cases for Test Automation.
  • Work together with the Global Test Manager and QA Architect to identify avenues for Test Automation.
  • Work together with Testers and Development teams on a day-to-day basis.
  • Communicate with Project stakeholders on a regular basis.
  • Participate in both Automated and Manual testing while adhering to Software QA Governance procedures.
  • Usage of Azure DevOps as a Bug-tracking system.
  • Usage of TestRail as a Test Management tool.
  • Working with the Navtor Test Automation framework.

Requirements :

  • At least 5 years of relevant experience in Automation testing.
  • A Bachelor's degree or post-graduate degree, or technical degree.
  • Certification programs in ISTQB.
  • Experience with frontend and backend testing (UI, API, Database integration).
  • Have Strong Multi-Tasking skills.
  • Strong programming skills in C# for developing automation scripts.
  • Hands-on experience with Selenium WebDriver for UI automation.
  • Integrate automation test suites into CI / CD pipelines using Azure DevOps for continuous testing and faster release cycles.
  • Configure and maintain test reporting solutions using Report.io / ReportPortal.
  • Experience with cloud systems (Azure / AWS).
  • Perform code reviews, debugging, and root cause analysis for automation scripts and framework issues.
  • Basic GIT knowledge.
  • Scrum knowledge and experience.
  • Ample experience in implementing corrective / preventive measures.
  • Have Strong Multi-Tasking skills.
