Purpose of Job

As a Senior Consultant, you will be instrumental in providing advanced analytical support to our esteemed life sciences clients while guiding and mentoring our consulting team to deliver exceptional results. You'll be instrumental in building and enhancing our services and deliverables, as well as fostering internal and external relationships to drive business growth and client satisfaction.

We'll Trust you to :

• Provide advanced analytical support to external clients and internal stakeholders on high-complexity analytical projects / initiatives
• Lead the India-based delivery team in executing all business-related tasks and activities with excellence
• Utilize structured project management approaches to deliver client deliverables with appropriate documentation and communication
• Collaborate closely within engagement teams and with clients to conduct high-quality analysis and develop innovative recommendations
• Take ownership of project / s, ensuring high-quality delivery, timeliness, and client satisfaction
• Develop and manage internal and external relationships, fostering collaboration and driving business growth
• Contribute to the enhancement of existing services and deliverables, driving innovation within the organization
• Drive design and enhancement of existing services / deliverables
• Support Beghou leadership in pursuing new business development opportunities
• Participate in firm-level initiatives to strengthen the India practice, including onboarding, training, and mentoring of team members
• Develop and maintain knowledge repositories within specific function / therapeutic areas
