Role Overview :
As the Sales Manager, you will focus on driving sales and building relationships with large organizations in the U.S. market. You will leverage your understanding of U.S. business practices, HR processes, and the needs of enterprise-level clients to sell our HR solutions. Your role will involve working closely with senior HR leaders and decision-makers, crafting tailored solutions, and closing high-value deals.
Key Responsibilities :
- Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy for targeting enterprise clients in the U.S. market.
- Identify, qualify, and prospect new business opportunities within the U.S. enterprise sector, focusing on large organizations in need of HR automation solutions.
- Conduct product demos, sales presentations, and discussions with C-suite executives, HR leaders, and key decision-makers in the U.S.
- Collaborate with marketing, product teams, and leadership to adapt our offerings to meet the specific needs of U.S. clients.
- Build and nurture long-term relationships with U.S.-based clients, ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction and retention.
- Effectively manage the sales pipeline, forecast revenue, and consistently meet or exceed sales targets.
- Stay updated on trends in the U.S. HR technology market, competitor activities, and emerging industry needs.
- Negotiate and close deals, ensuring alignment with company pricing models and contract terms.
Qualifications :
10+ years of experience in enterprise sales, with a proven track record of selling HR technology or SaaS solutions to U.S.-based companies.In-depth understanding of U.S. HR processes, human capital management, and enterprise-level workforce automation needs.Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with experience engaging U.S. clients and C-suite executives.Proven ability to manage a sales pipeline, forecast, and close large-scale deals within the U.S. market.Ability to work independently while being part of a global team.Knowledge of U.S. business practices and experience in handling U.S.-specific sales cycles is a must.Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).Why Join Us?
