We’re looking for an experienced Lead Recruiter (8+ years)  to drive our next phase of growth. The ideal candidate has successfully led large-scale hiring programs in fast-paced, high-performance environments, combining strategic leadership with hands-on recruiting excellence. A strong understanding of  software systems, product development, and engineering roles  is essential to effectively assess and engage top technical talent.

What You’ll Do Lead end-to-end hiring across technology, product, and business functions.

Partner closely with senior leadership to define hiring strategy and talent roadmaps.

Build and execute innovative sourcing strategies across India and global markets.

Strengthen ByteSimplified’s employer brand through talent marketing and campus initiatives.

Evaluate technical candidates with informed insights into software development practices and systems design.

Mentor a small recruiting team, establish clear metrics, and drive operational excellence in hiring processes.
