Role Overview :

Muthoot Finance is seeking an experienced and dynamic Collection Manager to oversee

collections for personal and business loans. The ideal candidate will have over 3 years of

experience, strong leadership skills, and a proven ability to manage collections across various

buckets while leading a team effectively.

Key Responsibilities :

Oversee the collections process for personal loans and business loans.

Manage all delinquency buckets and implement effective recovery strategies.

Lead and mentor the collections team to meet organizational targets.

Analyze collection trends and take corrective measures to improve performance.

Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth processes and customer satisfaction.

Maintain compliance with company policies and legal regulations.

Prepare and present regular reports on collections performance to senior management.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

Minimum of 3 years of experience in loan collections and recovery.

Expertise in handling multiple delinquency buckets.

Proven team management and leadership abilities.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.

Strong analytical and reporting skills.

Knowledge of legal and regulatory aspects of loan recovery is an advantage.
