Job description

We are seeking a skilled AC Technician to join our luxury hotel in South Goa. The ideal candidate will have 1-5 years of experience in HVAC maintenance and repair, ensuring a comfortable environment for our guests.

Locatio - n : Mobar

Salary : 18k to 25k

Responsibilities

Perform installation, maintenance, and repair of air conditioning systems in the hotel.
Diagnose and troubleshoot HVAC system issues to ensure optimal performance.
Conduct routine inspections of HVAC systems to prevent downtime.
Collaborate with other maintenance staff to ensure seamless hotel operations.
Maintain records of repairs, maintenance, and service requests.
Respond promptly to guest complaints regarding air conditioning issues.

Skills and Qualifications

1-5 years of experience in HVAC or Air Conditioning maintenance and repair.

Technical diploma or certification in Air Conditioning and Refrigeration.

Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, controls, and components.

Ability to read and interpret blueprints and schematics.

Familiarity with relevant safety regulations and procedures.

Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Good communication and interpersonal skills for guest interaction.
