Investor Relations Manager

Job Summary

This role will be responsible for building and managing long-term relationships with existing and prospective investors of the firm, including HNIs, UHNIs, family offices, wealth managers, and institutions. The role requires close collaboration with the investment teams across verticals to drive fundraising, ensure seamless investor servicing, and strengthen the firm’s presence in the rapidly growing AIF ecosystem.

Roles & Responsibilities

Investor outreach

Work closely with the teams to acquire new investors, which will include HNIs, institutions and family offices

Organise investor outreach programmes by conducting LP events in different geographies thereby increasing brand awareness

Develop tailored investor presentations, positioning material, and fund pitches in collaboration with investment and product teams

Investor relations

Manage existing investor relationships and liaise with their stakeholders (bankers / wealth managers / auditors)

Conduct periodic review meetings, performance discussions and deepen engagement with LPs

Prepare and deliver periodic investor updates, reports, and fund commentaries

Manage investor communication processes including income distributions, capital calls, KYC / AML compliance, tax documentation, and audit requirements.

Stay informed on market trends, regulatory changes, and competitor offerings to provide insights that enhance investor engagement.

Networking and relationships

Build alliances and partnerships with private banks, wealth managers, and intermediaries to strengthen fundraising networks.

Represent the firm at industry conferences, wealth forums, and investor community events to enhance visibility and credibility

Qualifications, competencies & skillset

Master's degree in finance, commerce or related disciplines

3-5 years' experience in a similar role in comparable organisations

Experience in wealth management, family offices preferred

Excellent communication skills and networking skills

Knowledge in asset allocation, understanding of debt and equity markets is an added advantage
