What You'll Do :

As a DCDP – Continental, you'll be a key member of our kitchen brigade, contributing to high-quality food production and creative plating that enhances our guest experience. Your role includes :

  • Preparing and presenting a range of Continental dishes with precision and consistency.
  • Supporting the Chef de Partie and Sous Chef in daily kitchen operations.
  • Ensuring hygiene and safety standards are strictly maintained.
  • Training and mentoring Commis-level chefs.
  • Assisting in inventory checks, mise-en-place, and kitchen organization.
  • Taking initiative in new dish development and kitchen improvement.

Who You Are :

We're looking for someone who brings more than just technical skills to the table. You should be :

  • Experienced with at least 3 years in a Continental kitchen environment.
  • Well-versed in cooking techniques like grilling, sautéing, baking, and sauce preparation.
  • Knowledgeable about international food trends, basic nutrition, and flavor balance.
  • Organized, efficient, and clean in work habits.
  • Able to work under pressure while maintaining quality.
  • A team player with a genuine passion for food and service
