Sales Team Lead

Role Overview :

We are looking for a driven Sales Officer to handle on-field business development activities. The individual will be responsible for building new customer connections, promoting products, and ensuring consistent revenue growth in the assigned market.

Key Deliverables :

Visit the local market daily to meet prospective customers.

Identify business opportunities and present suitable solutions.

Maintain regular follow-ups to convert inquiries into business.

Strengthen customer relationships for repeat and referral sales.

Document daily activities and share reports with the reporting manager.

Profile Requirements :

Graduation is mandatory.

Minimum 1 to 4 years of experience in field sales.

Excellent communication and convincing ability.

Comfortable with fieldwork and meeting monthly business targets.

Preference for candidates residing in Guwahati or nearby localities.
