Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Human Resources Operations Specialist.

The Human Resources Operations Specialist will be responsible for handling employee queries via email and phone.

Ensure compliance with HR policies, manage employee relations, and support HR management initiatives.

Daily responsibilities will include developing and implementing HR processes, maintaining accurate employee records, and collaborating with teams to address workforce-related challenges.

The role involves maintaining operational efficiency and ensuring alignment with organizational goals.

You will be working from office 6 days a week.

Qualifications

• Strong expertise in HR Operations and HR Management
• In-depth understanding of Employee Relations and HR Policies
• Knowledge of Human Resources (HR) best practices and compliance
• Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills (Hindi and English)
• Ability to work independently and remotely within a fast-paced environment
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• Certification in HR (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) is a plus
