Location : Mumbai / Pune CTC : ₹50,000 – ₹60,000 per month

About the Role

We are hiring an experienced Facilities & Projects Supervisor to manage operations, maintenance, and civil works across NGO-owned properties including offices, meeting halls, and residential facilities in Mumbai and Pune.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee day-to-day maintenance of mechanical, electrical, and civil systems.

Ensure smooth functioning of all facilities and infrastructure.

Coordinate vendors / contractors and ensure compliance with safety standards.

Lead in-house projects and civil works from planning to execution.

Report on facility conditions and recommend improvements.

Experience & Qualification

7–10 years in Facility Management with exposure to mechanical, electrical & civil activities.

Proven ability to manage projects and civil works.

Diploma in Electrical / Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.

Candidate Profile

Strong background in facility operations and preventive maintenance.

Skilled in managing multiple properties and stakeholders.

NGO / institutional facility management experience is an advantage.
