Academic Mentor

Job Summary :

We are hiring Academic Class Teachers to mentor students in grades 3 to 10 by providing academic guidance, ensuring regular engagement, and maintaining strong communication with parents and faculty. The role includes tracking student performance, conducting PTMs, and improving student outcomes through personalized attention and regular follow-ups .

Key Responsibilities :

• Guide and support students through daily sessions and 1 : 1 mentoring.
• Track attendance, homework, and test performance.
• Communicate regularly with students and parents via calls and WhatsApp.
• Conduct monthly PTMs and maintain student academic records.
• Collaborate with faculty for student feedback and issue resolution.
• Monitor and report student progress with root cause analysis for low performers.
