As a Staff Software Engineer, you will leverage your expertise in both traditional software engineering and Generative AI prompt engineering to deliver high-quality solutions. Your role will involve designing, developing, and maintaining software applications and frameworks, as well as creating and optimizing AI prompts to enhance our AI-driven solutions.

As a Staff Software Engineer, you will be responsible for :

• Developing Software :  Design, code, test, and maintain high-quality applications.
• Building Prompt Libraries :  Create and optimize effective prompt chains for AI models.
• Optimizing AI Prompts :  Refine prompts to enhance AI model performance and accuracy.
• Reviewing Code and Testing :  Conduct code reviews and implement automated tests to ensure quality.
• Solving Issues :  Identify and fix software defects and performance problems.
• Ensuring Ethical AI :  Monitor AI outputs for biases and ethical concerns.
• Collaborating :  Work closely with architecture, QA, product management, and operations teams.
• Mentoring and Code Review :  Guide junior engineers and ensure best practices are followed.
