Your Responsibilities

Search Engine Optimization

  • Perform technical SEO audits, keyword research, and on-page optimizations.
  • Build backlink strategies and monitor domain authority growth.
  • Optimize content for search intent and SEO best practices.
  • Track rankings, analyze competitor strategies, and continuously improve.

Paid Advertising

  • Plan, execute, and optimize campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads (and others if experienced).
  • Build conversion-focused ad copy, creatives, and landing pages.
  • Monitor performance, analyze ROI, and adjust targeting / creative as needed.
  • Market Research & Analytics

  • Conduct market research to identify opportunities and trends.
  • Track KPIs, prepare reports, and deliver insights to guide strategy.
  • Use data to evaluate campaign effectiveness and recommend optimizations.
  • Email Marketing

  • Develop and manage email marketing campaigns.
  • Segment lists, create automations, and write engaging copy that aligns with client goals.
  • Monitor open rates, CTRs, and conversions to improve performance.
  • Collaboration & Creative Direction

  • Work closely with Mennr’s Head of Marketing to support strategy execution.
  • Partner with our graphic designer and video editor , providing clear instructions and feedback to ensure creative assets align with strategy.
  • Deliver consistent, high-quality work that aligns with Mennr’s standards.
  • Skills & Experience You Need For Consideration

  • 3-5 years of experience in a marketing agency environment.
  • Strong working knowledge of SEO (technical, on-page, off-page).
  • Strong working knowledge of Google Ads, Meta Ads, and LinkedIn Ads.
  • Familiarity with tools like Google Analytics 4, SEMrush, Ahrefs, or similar.
  • Strong understanding of email marketing platforms and list management.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent written and spoken English fluency.
  • Deep understanding of U.S. marketing culture, trends, and audiences.
  • Ability to work remote, full-time, EST hours.

  • Growth Path

    This role is designed as a stepping stone into becoming a Marketing Manager . As Mennr grows, you’ll gradually take on more ownership of client strategy and internal team direction. Over time, you’ll lead coordination with designers, video editors, and other specialists, moving from execution into oversight. The ideal path looks like :

  • First 12–18 months : Focus on hands-on SEO, ads, and campaign execution while collaborating closely with the Head of Marketing.
  • 18–30 months : Begin managing campaign strategy end-to-end, mentoring junior team members, and owning client performance dashboards.
  • 30+ months : Step into the Marketing Manager role, leading strategy across accounts, overseeing creative and performance, and shaping new marketing initiatives as Mennr continues to grow.
