Job descriptionExperience : Minimum of 4 years of experience in the software industryExperience in working in agile teams using technologies like Python, Node.JS, React.Js, typescript and different kind of datastores.Experience with creating agentic AI in Python. This involves creating autonomous AI agents that can perceive their environment, make decisions, and take actions to achieve specific goals also using large language models (LLMs) and / or a willingness to learn this. Key Skills : Web Technologies : HTML, CSS, JavaScript, TypeScriptBackend & API Integration : Node.js creation of RESTful APIs (and orchestration)Cloud & DevOps : Docker, Jira, Git, Rush, (we use infra as code but run containers for local development)Experience with creating agents in python with frameworks like langchain and langraph.Security & Logging : Security Best Practices, ELK, KibanaVersion Control & Build Tools : GitHub / BitBucketHands-on experience with AWS, Docker, and CI / CD pipelinesAI Code Generation tools like GitHub Copilot Mandatory Skills : Strong experience in Typescript and NodeJSFull stack development with Python and Agentic AI workflowsProficiency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScriptKnowledge of Security best practices (e.g., authentication, authorization, secure coding)Strong experience in Unit Testing (vitest, Cypress) and Logging frameworks Competencies / Soft skills : Critical thinkers who like engineering challenges.Proficiency in English. Both verbal and written.Working in an international environment with different cultures.Proactive and not afraid to reach out to other teams for help and suggestions.Being able to show and present both problems and great solutions.
