About the Role
We are seeking a dynamic Project Manager / Technical Lead with around 3–5 years of experience in software development and project management. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical foundation, leadership skills, and the ability to drive innovation and successful project delivery.

- Lead and manage end-to-end software projects, ensuring timely, high-quality outcomes.
- Conduct use case and business analysis to translate ideas into actionable technical solutions.

- Oversee development across multiple technologies (Python, JavaScript, Flutter, DevOps).
- Architect scalable, secure, and efficient solutions.
- Mentor team members and foster a collaborative, performance-driven culture.
- Stay updated on AI and emerging tech trends;
proactively recommend improvements.
