Job description

This is a unique opportunity to learn how enterprise UX works in India’s complex and diverse trade ecosystem , work with senior designers, and gain real-world experience building meaningful digital solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in user research : field visits, contextual inquiries, user interviews, and usability testing with B2B users
  • Analyze findings to create personas, journey maps, and service blueprints
  • Contribute to wireframes, user flows, and high-fidelity prototypes using Figma
  • Help translate offline workflows into digital flows
  • Support senior designers in creating scalable and intuitive UX for web and mobile platforms
  • Document insights and design decisions clearly for cross-functional teams
  • Participate in internal design reviews and feedback sessions

    • Who You Are

  • A design student or recent graduate (Product Design, HCI, UX, Psychology, or related fields)
  • Curious about how India’s supply chains and B2B trade networks function
  • Comfortable talking to users in field settings (including tier 2 / 3 towns)
  • Strong grasp of UX fundamentals and design process
  • Basic proficiency in design tools (Figma preferred)
  • Thoughtful, observant, and willing to ask questions
  • Bonus if you understand multi-lingual design or enterprise / B2B UX
