Job Overview

We’re looking for a results-driven and analytical Jr. Paid Social Specialist to lead the execution of high-performing Meta ad campaigns for DAM and our partner brands. This role will involve full-funnel campaign setup, audience research, performance optimization, and reporting. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, brings a blend of data savvy and creative thinking, and is deeply familiar with the Meta ads ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities

Campaign Management & Strategy :

• Strategize, build, and manage paid media campaigns across Facebook and Instagram, aligned with brand objectives.
• Conduct in-depth audience research to create effective targeting strategies that maximize ROI.
• Implement A / B testing frameworks to optimize creative, copy, and audience performance.
• Monitor and adjust campaigns to hit KPIs such as ROAS, CPA, CTR, and conversion rates.
