Role Overview

This is a hands-on hardware lab support role where the engineer will work closely with design, validation, and test teams to support board-level debug, validation, and lab operations. The role requires both technical expertise (electronics, debugging, lab tools) and soft skills (collaboration, safety, documentation).

Key Technical Qualifications

• Education
• Diploma / Bachelor’s in Electronics, Electrical, or related engineering discipline.
• → Typical for hardware / lab support roles.
• Experience
• 2–5 years in lab support, board-level debug, or hardware validation.
• → Mid-level entry role, not a fresh graduate position.
• Technical Skills
• PCB rework, soldering, component-level troubleshooting.
• Familiarity with oscilloscopes, logic analyzers, automated test equipment.
• Reading schematics / layouts and debugging using signal tracing.
• Scripting / automation (Python, LabVIEW) → nice-to-have, not mandatory.
