Role : Recruitment Manager – US Recruitment / Staffing
Location : Pune (100% Onsite)
Shift : US Shift (Night)
Experience Required : 10+ Years Total, 4+ Years in Team Management
About the Role :
- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of recruiters, providing guidance and support to achieve individual and team goals.
- Foster a collaborative and positive team environment to enhance productivity and morale.
- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract, evaluate, and hire qualified candidates for various roles within the organization.
- Collaborate with department heads, hiring managers, and clients to understand and prioritize staffing needs.
- Utilize various sourcing methods, including job boards, social media, networking, and employee referrals, to identify potential candidates.
- Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future openings.
- Oversee the interview process, ensuring a seamless and positive experience for candidates.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders and clients to ensure alignment and satisfaction with the recruitment process.
- Ensure compliance with company and client policies, as well as applicable recruitment standards.
- Generate and present regular reports to senior management on recruitment activities, challenges, and successes.
Candidate Requirements :
Excellent communication and client-handling skills.10+ years of total experience, with a minimum of 4 years in a team handling role.Strong leadership and team management abilities in a high-performance environment.Experience in both Tech and Non-Tech hiring for US staffing / recruitment.Familiarity with various recruitment tools, ATS platforms, and sourcing technologies.Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution capabilities.Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a strong work ethic and results-driven mindset.Other Benefits & Perks
