What you’ll do :

Lead, mentor, and grow a passionate team of engineers, fostering ownership and innovation.

Own end-to-end technical deliveries – from design to deployment, ensuring quality, timelines, and scalability.

Stay hands-on with design, architecture, coding, and code reviews.

Integrate AI-powered tools into engineering workflows for smarter coding, testing, and project management.

Collaborate with product, design, and business teams to deliver scalable customer-centric solutions.

Build engineering best practices suitable for a fast-paced growing startup.

Experiment with new technologies, frameworks, and processes to continuously improve productivity.

Must Have :

BE / B.Tech or ME / M.Tech in Computer Science, IT, or related fields.

8-12 years overall experience, with minimum 4 years leading tech teams.

Proven experience in end-to-end technical ownership and delivery.

Experience working in startup or growth-stage companies.

Strong technical skills with the ability to remain hands-on.

Familiarity with AI tools in software development workflows.

Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Good to have :

Exposure to SaaS or product-based environments.

Experience scaling engineering teams and setting up processes.

Cloud-native architecture experience (AWS / GCP / Azure).

Experience scaling teams and setting up engineering processes.

Familiarity with DevOps and CI / CD and modern software development practices.
