Key Responsibilities :

• Oversee day-to-day financial operations including budgeting, accounting, and compliance.
• Prepare financial reports, MIS, and investor presentations.
• Monitor company expenses, cash flow, and cost control measures.
• Support fundraising activities and investor visits.
• Ensure compliance with tax laws, audits, and statutory regulations.
• Collaborate with management to align financial strategy with business goals.
• Train and guide junior finance staff as Experience : Minimum 2 year of experience in finance / accounting / audit (startup or corporate exposure preferred).
• Education : Master's in Commerce, Finance, Accounting, or related field
