Sales Executive - Insurance Marketing

Role Overview

We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate is confident, customer-centric, and passionate about financial protection solutions. You will be responsible for generating leads, meeting clients, understanding their needs, and recommending appropriate insurance products.

Key Responsibilities : Identify and generate new leads through networking, referrals, events, and outbound calling.

Meet potential clients to understand their financial needs and insurance requirements.

Present and recommend suitable life, health, and investment-based insurance solutions.

Follow up with leads to ensure conversions and client satisfaction.

Maintain strong relationships with existing customers for renewals and cross-selling.

Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Prepare proposals, maintain sales records, and update CRM systems.

Stay updated on industry trends, product changes, and company offerings.

Qualifications & Skills

Graduate in any discipline (MBA / Finance is a plus).

1–3 years of experience in sales (insurance / finance background preferred).

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Strong negotiation and presentation abilities.

Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and comfortable working in a target-driven environment.

Ability to build trust and long-term client relationships.
