Oracle Transportation Management (OTM) – Performance Management Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Oracle Transportation Management (OTM) professional to oversee and optimize the performance management aspects of our transportation solutions. In this role, you will be responsible for monitoring, analyzing, and enhancing the efficiency and reliability of OTM applications and processes.

Key responsibilities include tracking system performance metrics, identifying bottlenecks, and implementing best practices to ensure optimal system throughput and user experience. You will collaborate with IT, operations, and business stakeholders to troubleshoot issues, recommend improvements, and support system upgrades or patches. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with OTM configuration, performance tuning, and root cause analysis, as well as a strong understanding of transportation and logistics workflows.

Success in this role requires analytical thinking, attention to detail, and the ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical audiences. Prior experience with Oracle databases, application servers, and integration tools is highly desirable.
