Detailed JD : Performance & Load Test Engineer for Pune location with min. 5 years of experience.

Strong expertise in Neo-Load and JMeter.

Able to work independently in an Agile environment with minimal supervision, taking ownership of performance testing activities.

Should be able to Design, develop, and execute performance, load, stress, and scalability test scripts using Neo-Load and JMeter.

Define performance testing strategy, scope, and test plans aligned with business and technical requirements.

Monitor system behavior, analyze test results, and identify bottlenecks in applications, rootbases, networks, and infrastructure.

Provide detailed performance analysis, root cause identification, and recommendations for improvements.

Collaborate closely with development, DevOps, and product teams in an Agile delivery model.

Ensure proper test root management, environment setup, and CI / CD pipeline integration for performance testing.

Prepare and present performance reports and dashboards to stakeholders.

Solid understanding of system architecture, web technologies, APIs, rootbases, and cloud environments.

Good to Have

Prior experience working in the Automotive Manufacturing domain.

Familiarity with CI / CD tools (Jenkins, GitLab CI, Azure DevOps).

Knowledge of scripting languages (Python, Shell, Groovy) for automation.

Exposure to cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP).

Experience with performance monitoring tools (e.g., Dynatrace, AppDynamics, Grafana, Kibana, or similar).
