Job descriptionDiploma or Degree in Mechanical / Electrical / Civil / Building Services Engineering or related field. Minimum 3 years of experience as a Revit Modeller in HVAC, PHE, or Electrical domain. Strong proficiency in Autodesk Revit MEP and related BIM tools (AutoCAD, Navisworks, etc.). Knowledge of BIM Level 2 standards and project documentation workflows . Understanding of MEP systems, layouts, and coordination principles. Ability to work independently and within a multidisciplinary team environment. Good communication and organizational skills.
Key Responsibilities :
- Develop and maintain Revit models for MEP systems (HVAC / PHE / Electrical) based on project design inputs.
- Prepare detailed drawings, layouts, sections, and schedules from Revit models.
- Coordinate models across different disciplines to ensure clash-free, constructible designs .
- Implement BIM standards and workflows in project deliverables.
- Collaborate with engineers, architects, and other stakeholders to maintain design intent.
- Participate in model review, clash detection, and coordination meetings using tools like Navisworks .
- Maintain documentation, templates, and family libraries according to company and project standards.
- Ensure quality and accuracy of drawings and timely delivery of assigned tasks.
