Job Summary : Construction Planner in a Solar EPC project is responsible for planning, scheduling, and coordinating activities to ensure timely and cost-effective project completion. This role involves resource management, progress tracking, and risk identification to maintain smooth project execution.
Key Responsibilities :
- Develop detailed project schedules using Primavera P6 or Microsoft Project
- Preparation of DPR, WPR and MPR
- Monitoring of Manpower, Materials and Machine deployment
- Preparation of Look ahead schedule, Catch up Plan etc.
- Monitor project progress and adjust timelines and resources as needed
- Allocate materials, labour, and equipment efficiently
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure schedule alignment
- Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies
- Manage budget and ensure cost control
- Provide regular progress reports to stakeholders
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations
