Job descriptionLead proposal writing (must-have), project budgeting, and stakeholder communication. Explore new funding opportunities through events, networks, and digital platforms. Prepare high-quality reports and presentations with data analysis. Travel extensively across urban and rural India. MBA / Postgraduate in Rural Management, CSR, or related fields. Strong experience in CSR / Government programs and stakeholder engagement Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi Proficient in MS Office and data management tools High ownership, multitasking ability, and proactive reporting skills

Are you passionate about social impact and adept at navigating CSR and Government ecosystems ? Karadi Path Education Company is looking for a dynamic and enterprising professional to lead and scale our CSR & Government project partnerships across India.
Position : Manager / Senior Manager – Fund Raising and Partnerships (B2B Social Impact Programmes)

Experience : 8–10 years in CSR / Government projects)
CTC : Negotiable and aligned with the candidate’s skills and experience.
