Role and Responsibilities

Responsible for Retail store designing in various states and cities in India.

Store planning in consideration of local byelaws of various authorities.

Fit out / Fitment store planning at large and mid-scale.

Coordination with BD team for Land acquisition, Coordination with Legal and commercials

experience in designing, concept working of layouts, large scale projects, working drawings, presentations, documentation work etc.

Site visits at regular intervals to minimize errors to introduce new elements in consideration of store operations. Coordination with site engineers and contractors.

Excellent in design and presentation skills.

Good in identifying and addressing architectural challenges.

Development of design from preliminary sketch.

Working Drawings and Detailing.

Good understanding of building services and coordination.

Versatile in using design software such as Auto Cad, Proficiency in 3D software would be an advantage.

Able to prepare architectural reports and documents.
