About the Role :
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Executive (BDE) to join our team in Kochi. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in business development, client acquisition, and relationship management within the staffing / recruitment industry. You will be responsible for driving sales, building strong client relationships, and contributing to the overall growth of the organization.
Key Responsibilities :
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in the staffing and recruitment domain.
- Generate leads through cold calling, networking, social media, and client referrals.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships to understand their hiring needs.
- Pitch staffing solutions to potential clients and convert them into long-term business partnerships.
- Collaborate with the recruitment team to ensure timely delivery of profiles as per client requirements.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales / revenue targets.
- Prepare business proposals, negotiate contracts, and close deals.
- Maintain and update sales reports, client databases, and market intelligence.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and market conditions.
Requirements :
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, HR, or related field.Minimum 2 years of experience in business development (preferably in the staffing / recruitment industry).Strong understanding of staffing solutions, recruitment lifecycle, and HR services.Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.Ability to build rapport with clients and work under target-driven environments.Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.What We Offer :
