Proven expertise with App Engine Enterprise, ITSM Pro / Plus, HRSD Pro, WSD Pro, Integration Hub Starter, SAM Pro, HAM Pro, and ITOM. We are seeking a highly skilled ServiceNow technical expert to lead the design and development of innovative solutions. This role requires expertise in workflow development across various ServiceNow modules.
Key Responsibilities :
- Design, develop, and implement scalable ServiceNow workflows, applications, and integrations aligned with business requirements.
- Architect and implement solutions leveraging advanced features of App Engine Enterprise, ITSM Pro, HRSD Pro, Integration Hub, ITAM, and ITOM.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into effective ServiceNow solutions.
