About the Role

Navaan is seeking a proactive and confident Outreach Intern to support our marketing, partnerships, and community-building efforts. In this role, you will help the team expand external relationships, manage communication with collaborators, and actively support outreach-driven initiatives. This role requires strong communication skills, ownership, and the ability to coordinate with multiple stakeholders efficiently.

Key Responsibilities-

Identify and reach out to potential partners, creators, brands, and communities

Conduct initial outreach calls / messages and maintain follow-ups

Assist in communication and coordination for collaborations, campaigns, and tie-ups

Maintain and update outreach trackers, databases, and follow-up sheets

Draft professional emails, proposals, and communication templates

Support in planning and executing partnership-based activities and community events

Research potential outreach opportunities and build lists for targeted communication

Assist in creating outreach strategies for improving brand visibility and engagement

Coordinate with internal teams for requirement gathering, information sharing, and timely updates

Perform additional marketing or communications-related tasks as needed

Requirements-

Graduate student or recent graduate (Any discipline; Marketing / Communication preferred)

Experience in outreach, sales, partnerships, marketing, or communication

Excellent spoken and written communication skills

Strong organisational abilities and follow-up discipline

Ability to manage time efficiently and handle responsibilities with reliability and ownership

Comfortable reaching out to new people across platforms (LinkedIn, email, DMs)

Self-motivated, confident, and able to work independently
