We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Housekeeping - Guest Service Associate to join our team at Hyatt Place Bhopal. The ideal candidate will have 2-5 years of experience in the hospitality industry, with a strong background in guest service and housekeeping.

Roles and Responsibility

Provide exceptional guest service and ensure customer satisfaction.
Maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene in guest rooms and public areas.
Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
Handle guest complaints and resolve issues professionally.
Collaborate with the housekeeping team to achieve high service quality standards.
Ensure compliance with hotel policies and procedures.

Job Requirements

Minimum 2 years of experience in the hospitality industry, preferably in hotels or restaurants.

Strong knowledge of guest service principles and practices.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

High level of attention to detail and commitment to delivering exceptional service.

Familiarity with hotel management systems and software is an advantage.
