Role & Responsibilities
- Lead the Operations team, driving strategic direction, Job Monitoring, Scheduling, Configuration and Maintenance of Batch Jobs.
- Act as the primary contact for user inquiries, troubleshooting and resolving issues to ensure a seamless experience.
- Develop and implement operational processes, guidelines, and best practices to streamline support operations and enhance user satisfaction.
- Log, prioritize, and collaborate with product teams on resolving bugs and complex technical issues.
- Monitor critical issues, escalate as needed, and provide workarounds for unsupported functionality.
- Also help troubleshoot, triage the daily issues and guide the team for any assistance in solving any t ickets.
- Assist in refining Service Level Agreements (SLAs) to enhance service delivery and user satisfaction.
- Create, modify, and troubleshoot SSIS packages, Stored Procedures, SQL Queries, Automation Processes and SQL Jobs with an eye on performance.
- Convert, manipulate and prepare large volumes of data for ingestion into our systems using SQL Server integration tools.
- Create, modify and troubleshoot reporting queries in SQL Server 2019.
- Maintain and support data ingestion tools and automation scripts.
- Manage and resolve data-related issues that are reported by customers and internal employees.
- Conduct quality and business logic checks on all data into and out of systems.
- Maintain high customer satisfaction with customer service, technical and consultative skills, and acquired knowledge of the work product.
