The Role

Own the end-to-end setup and management of Google Ads and Meta (Facebook / Instagram) campaigns

Build smart funnels across cold, warm, and retargeting audiences

Write (or help write) copy that connects and converts

Monitor performance metrics, test continuously, and optimize like a pro

Communicate clearly and share weekly progress (async is fine)

Who You Are

A freelance digital marketer with hands-on paid ads experience

Fluent in Ads Manager (Google & Facebook), and comfortable navigating Business Manager chaos

Obsessed with growth, but not afraid of the details (CPC, ROAS, CTR — all of it)

Bonus : you've worked with DTC / eCommerce or lead gen funnels

Even bigger bonus : you're proactive and hate being micro-managed
