Position Overview

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Networking & Hardware Support Engineer to join our IT infrastructure team. This role is pivotal in ensuring the seamless operation of our network and hardware systems, supporting both internal teams and client-facing applications.

Key Responsibilities

• Network Infrastructure Management : Install, configure, and maintain network devices such as routers, switches, and firewalls. Ensure optimal performance and security of the network infrastructure.
• Hardware Support : Oversee the installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of computer hardware, including servers, workstations, and peripheral devices.
• Technical Support : Provide timely and effective support to end-users for network and hardware-related issues. Document and track incidents using ticketing systems.
• System Monitoring : Monitor network performance and hardware health, proactively identifying and resolving potential issues to minimize downtime.
• Collaboration : Work closely with the software development and IT teams to ensure infrastructure aligns with application requirements and performance standards.
• Documentation : Maintain detailed records of network configurations, hardware inventories, and support activities.
• Training & Mentorship : Assist in training junior IT staff and end-users on best practices for hardware and network usage.
