MTM Merchandiser (Made-to-Measure)

We are looking for an MTM Merchandiser with 2+ years of experience in handling Made-to-Measure / bespoke orders. The role requires precision, strong production coordination, and a deep understanding of measurements and garment construction.

Location - Faridabad

Key Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end MTM orders — measurements, specifications, fabrics, and delivery

Review and verify client measurements with accuracy

Create MTM order forms and share details with the sampling / production team

Track MTM orders and ensure on-time fittings and dispatch

Manage corrections, alterations, and special custom requests

Maintain measurement records, trial notes, and client approvals

Ensure quality and fit standards are met in every garment

Work closely with store teams for client follow-ups and trial scheduling

Requirements

2+ years of experience in MTM / bespoke merchandising

Strong knowledge of fits, measurements, and garment construction

Excellent communication and follow-up skills

Proficiency in MTM order tracking and documentation

Highly detail-oriented and organised

Ability to handle multiple custom orders simultaneously
