Job description

Job Requirements

  • Lead a team of 50+ Engineers with Techno managerial role.
  • Process focus and continuous improvement orientation.
  • Responsible for the success of the project delivering with quality; Includes on-time on-budget delivery.
  • Providing mentorship and support team in analyzing requirements of projects.
  • Review tasks and other submission to the internal & external customers.
  • Build customer relation through good interactions and responsiveness.
  • Ensuring competency of team as per the technical requirements of projects.

Work Experience

  • 20+ years of experience in Project Engineering.
  • Experience in Conducting workflow review meetings in various phase of projects.
  • Reviewing project documents and technical deliverables are compliant with technical scope requirements of the projects.
  • Coordinate with Customer SPC on workflows, conduct progress review meetings
  • Maintain control over the project by measuring performance at defined intervals and plan / manage changes as required.
  • Able to develop project checklist, work instruction, project specification.
  • Responsible for successful completion of the project within the agreed scope, cost and Schedule constraints meeting the quality requirements
  • Experience in handling both Maintenance and reliability activities for instrumentations.
  • Knowledge on Hazardous Area Classifications, ATEX, IP ratings.
  • Knowledge of global standards like ISA, IEC, ASME, CE and others related standards
  • Knowledge of control system architecture, Alarm management and Equipment Obsolescence Determination.
  • Expertise in DCS, ESD's, SIS, SSD, PLCs, Field Instrumentation and Fire and gas detection system
  • Review vendors' / sub-vendors' technical drawings / documents.
  • Good knowledge on surveillance for critical instruments and control systems.
  • Knowledge about Factory Acceptance Test / Site Acceptance Test of various vendor packages.
  • Knowledge of Compressor Control Systems, Vibration Monitoring Systems, Various Gas & Liquid Analysers.
  • Knowledge of SIL assessment / verification for Safety functions using exSilentia, Exida, SIL Solver.
  • Should have good track record in creating a technical road-map and build the capability.
  • Interface and provide clarifications, guidance and technical support to internal team & also with customer.
  • Working experience in SAP, PM and MM Modules knowledge is required.
