About The Role :

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Engineering Lead to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in frontend engineering with ReactJS, experience in handling complex imaging applications, and the ability to lead technical initiatives while mentoring engineers.

You will play a key role in shaping our product architecture, ensuring code quality, and driving technical excellence across the team.

Key Responsibilities :

• Technical Leadership : Provide architectural guidance, establish coding best practices, conduct code reviews, and mentor engineers through technical discussions and hands-on support.
• Project Ownership : Partner with product managers and stakeholders to define technical roadmaps, prioritize engineering tasks, and ensure timely delivery of high-quality features.
• Frontend Development : Lead the design and development of advanced frontend applications using ReactJS (hooks, state management, and component design).
• Imaging Applications : Work with WebGL, Canvas, and advanced rendering libraries to support large imaging files (DICOM, TIFF, etc.) and optimize browser performance.
• Backend Integration : Collaborate with backend teams and integrate GraphQL / RESTful APIs.
• Work with Python services (Flask / FastAPI) to consume and support API communication.
• Cloud & Infrastructure : Utilize AWS services (S3, CloudFront, authentication flows, etc.) to build scalable and secure solutions.
• Collaboration & Communication : Act as a bridge between engineering, product, and business teams with clear and effective :
• Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• 5 - 7 years of professional software development experience (full-stack or frontend).
• Strong expertise in ReactJS and modern frontend frameworks.
• Hands-on integration experience with GraphQL / REST APIs.
• Working knowledge of Node.js for API consumption.
• Strong understanding of AWS services (S3, CloudFront, authentication, etc.)
• Proven track record of technical leadership and mentoring within an engineering team.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
