Job Description

• Develop and implement test strategies for NPI and High volume production
• Proficient in ATE platforms (e.g., Teradyne, Advantest)
• Interface with OSAT vendors to oversee test execution, yield, and failure analysis
• Ensure compliance with quality standards and drive corrective actions
• Analyse test data and report performance metrics
• Support ATE setup, hardware validation, and tester correlation
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on product integrity and audits
