Objectives:

• Submit dental insurance claims electronically and manually with accuracy and timeliness
• Review patient records, treatment plans, and insurance coverage to ensure proper coding and documentation
• Follow up on unpaid or rejected claims; investigate and resolve discrepancies
• Monitor accounts receivable reports and maintain current aging reports
• Communicate with insurance companies to resolve claim issues and obtain payment status
• Work with front office staff and patients to clarify billing inquiries and account balances
• Ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations and dental billing guidelines
• Excellent attention to detail and strong numerical skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
• Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively
• Strong assessed computer skills
• High-speed internet connection, PC with dual screens, headset, and webcam

Financial:

• Competitive salary – INR 272.13=USD $3.00 per hour based on experience
• Performance Bonus: Monthly productivity-based bonus tied to AR performance

Schedule: 8 hours per day between 8:00 AM and 5:00 PM EST

Commitment: Full-time, 40+ hours per week

Work Setup: Fully remote position
