Financial Controller - EPC

We are hiring a capable and experienced Financial Controller – EPC to support and oversee financial planning and performance for wind energy and EPC (Engineering, Procurement & Construction) projects. The ideal candidate will manage financial operations including budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and control of accounts payable/receivable processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the preparation of budgets and financial forecasts for wind energy and EPC projects.
• Monitor project financial performance, analyze variances, and prepare periodic reports for management review.
• Oversee and manage accounts payable and receivable to ensure accuracy, compliance, and timely processing.
• Ensure proper project cost allocation, tracking, and financial control throughout the project lifecycle.
• Coordinate with project managers and cross-functional teams to provide financial insights and support decision-making.
• Ensure compliance with applicable financial, tax, and statutory regulations.
• Prepare MIS reports and support audits, internal controls, and financial reviews.
• Collaborate with procurement, operations, and commercial teams to align financial goals.

Desired Candidate Profile:

• Qualified CA / CMA / MBA (Finance) or equivalent professional qualification.
• 7–10 years of financial experience, preferably in EPC / wind energy / infrastructure projects.
• Strong knowledge of project-based accounting, budgeting, and cash flow management.
• Proficiency in financial reporting tools, MS Excel, and ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle).
• Strong analytical, communication, and leadership skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work under tight deadlines.
