Job description

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage Amazon Seller Central operations
  • Create and optimize product listings
  • Monitor account health metrics and ensure compliance
  • Coordinate with internal teams for pricing, stock, and order management
  • Handle catalog errors, listing issues, and open cases with Amazon support
  • Plan and execute advertising campaigns, promotions, and coupons
  • Conduct competitor research and keyword analysis
  • Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports

Requirements

  • Experience in Amazon account management or e-commerce operations.
  • Strong knowledge of Amazon policies and marketplace processes.
  • Good skills in MS Excel, keyword research, and data analysis.
  • Ability to manage multiple product categories in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Preferred Skills

  • Experience with Amazon Ads and PPC campaigns.
  • Familiarity with SEO and marketplace trends.
