Key Responsibilities
Manage Amazon Seller Central operations
Create and optimize product listings
Monitor account health metrics and ensure compliance
Coordinate with internal teams for pricing, stock, and order management
Handle catalog errors, listing issues, and open cases with Amazon support
Plan and execute advertising campaigns, promotions, and coupons
Conduct competitor research and keyword analysis
Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports
Requirements
Experience in Amazon account management or e-commerce operations.
Strong knowledge of Amazon policies and marketplace processes.
Good skills in MS Excel, keyword research, and data analysis.
Ability to manage multiple product categories in a fast-paced environment.
Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Skills
Experience with Amazon Ads and PPC campaigns.
Familiarity with SEO and marketplace trends.
Knowledge of e-commerce tools and software Skills.
