About the Role

We're seeking a passionate and detail-oriented Architect with at least 3 years of experience in both Architecture and Interior Design. This role is ideal for professionals who combine creative vision with practical expertise and thrive in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and present architectural concepts, floor plans, and 3D models for residential and commercial projects.
• Collaborate with clients, designers, consultants, and contractors to ensure design intent is translated accurately from concept to execution.
• Oversee and coordinate site execution, ensuring adherence to timelines, materials, and quality benchmarks.
• Integrate innovative solutions in space planning, materials, and aesthetics while adhering to functional and regulatory requirements.
• Prepare detailed working drawings, design documentation, and BOQs as needed.
• Incorporate interior design elements into architectural workflows when required.
