Role Overview
We’re looking for an Associate Product Manager (APM) who thrives in B2C growth environments and wants to accelerate their career by working directly with the Head of Product and the Founder .
This role blends growth mindset + product ownership + analytics rigor . You’ll not just analyze dashboards — you’ll design tracking frameworks, generate insights, and turn them into product features or experiments that move the needle.
You’ll own growth-focused product initiatives , lead squads, and grow into a Product Manager role faster than a typical track.
What You’ll Do
Own product analytics end-to-end : define tracking plans, configure events in Mixpanel / GA4 / Amplitude, and ensure clean data pipelines.
Translate data into actionable insights — identify friction points, drop-offs, and opportunities across the funnel.
Work with design, engineering, and ops to ship experiments and features that drive acquisition, activation, and retention.
Design and run A / B tests, pilots, and MVP experiments , validating hypotheses with data.
Build and maintain dashboards for growth metrics — but go beyond dashboards to create narratives that drive decision-making.
Collaborate directly with Head of Product & Founder to prioritize roadmap items based on insights.
Take early leadership responsibility by coordinating cross-functional squads and ensuring execution.
What We’re Looking For
1–3 years of experience in product, growth, analytics, or consulting (startup experience preferred).
Hands-on experience with Mixpanel, Amplitude, GA4, or similar product analytics tools .
Strong skills in SQL / Excel / BI tools — comfortable digging deep into data.
A product thinker who connects insights to user needs and business outcomes.
Ability to design event tracking frameworks that ensure reliable analytics.
Bias for execution — quick iterations, rapid experimentation, and outcome-driven.
Hunger to learn, own, and lead — ability to step up and grow into a PM role within 12–18 months.
