InfyLearn is a comprehensive Learning and Development SaaS-platform, offering an integrated suite of tools from learning delivery and assessments, hiring tools.

About the Role - You will drive InfyLearn's engagement with corporates in India. Your goal will be to onboard companies to InfyLearn's InfyRecruit platform, build long-term partnerships.

Key Responsibilities

1) Corporate Partnerships -

  • Build and expand partnerships with corporates across sectors for hiring through Infylearn, learning delivery through InfyLMS, Assessments through Infyassess
  • Negotiate MoUs, contracts and partnership terms
  • Identify opportunities in corporate training as well
  • 2) Relatinship Management

  • Build trusted relationships with HR Heads, Talent Acquisition leaders and business teams.
  • Provide a smooth experience : from requirement gathering to final hiring.
  • Ensure high partner satisfaction and repeat engagements.
  • 3) Growth and Revenue

  • Build the P&L of the vertical
  • Feed client feedback for better product features
  • Hit break even fast and then move to profitability in a year's time
  • 4) Brand Building

  • Represent InfyLearn at HR forums, industry events and recruitment summits.
