Ciarans , a boutique beachfront resort in  Palolem , is looking for a  Chef  to lead its beach shack restaurant — a space that celebrates  coastal simplicity, local produce, and soulful dining by the sea.

📍 Position :  Chef – Beach Shack & Restaurant

📌 Location :  Ciarans, Palolem, South Goa

🧭 Experience :  3–6 years in multi-cuisine or coastal restaurants, boutique resorts, or café kitchens

🗓️ Joining :  November 2025

What We’re Looking For

• Someone who brings  flavour, creativity, and warmth  to every plate
• Comfort with  fresh seafood , Goan, and  global café-style menus
• Ability to design  daily specials  and run a small, efficient team
• Strong sense of  seasonality and sustainability  in sourcing
