Job description

The Mobiliser is responsible for creating awareness, identifying and enrolling eligible candidates for Advanced Manufacturing and related technical courses. The role involves community outreach, counselling and coordination with industry partners training centers and local institutions to achieve enrolment and placement targets.

Key Responsibilities :

1. Community Mobilization & Outreach :

  • Conduct awareness camping's in local communities ,Schools, ITIs polytechnics and industrial areas.
  • Organize workshops ,jobs fairs and roadshows to promote the Advanced Manufacturing Courses.
  • Develop partnerships with local NGO's panchayats and youth groups for candidate sourcing.

2. Counselling & Candidate Engagement :

  • Provide information to potential candidates about available courses eligibility and Career opportunities.
  • Maintain records of leads counselling sessions and enrolments.
  • Support candidates through the registration and documentation process.

    • 3. Coordination & Reporting :

  • Work closely with Trainers placement officers and project teams to ensure smooth onboarding of Trainee.
  • Track daily, weekly and Monthly mobilization targets and report progress to the project manager.
  • Maintain a database of prospective and enrolled candidates.

    • 4. Industry and Institutional Linkages :

  • Collaborate with local industries and manufacturing units to understand workforce requirement.
  • Coordinate with technical institutions and government skill program for joint mobilization efforts.

    • Qualifications & Experience :

  • Education : Minimum Diploma or Graduate degree in any discipline (Preferably Engineering, Management or Social Work)
  • Experience : 1-3 years of Experience in Mobilization, Community Engagement or Skill development projects.
  • Preferred : Experience in the manufacturing or vocational training sector.

    • Skills Required :

  • Strong Communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to motivate and counsel youth.
  • Knowledge of local area industries and job market.
  • Basic Computer literacy(MS office, Google sheets, CRM Tools )
  • Team player with result oriented approach.
